Happiness

Everyone deserves to be happy, even when things are not that great. Its all about your attitude. You are the only one who can make you happy but many can bring you down. Its what you do with it that matters. If you choose to let others or situations to alter your mood, then its you that needs to adjust it. Everyone has the right to be happy and to live a harmonious life.
I know most will say that others make you upset or make you mad, that will alter your mood. I also understand that others can be cruel and cause us to not be happy or situations can also alter our moods.
My wish is that what ever you may be going threw, that you will find happiness even in the littlest things,

My challenge to you all is can you list 4 things that have been positive or make you happy every day, for the next 30 days, your out look will change. you will then see that you do find something positive, even if its the fact that the sun was shining or that the rain came to water your flowers.

Every little thought helps. I wish you all a great challenge, And I hope you participate in it, and if you do please let me know how it goes.

I read out of the book daily, The language of letting go, by Melody Beattie.

Todays July/08/14 was about going with the flow.
Let go of fear and your need to control. Relinquish anxiety. Let it slip away, as you dive into the river of the present moment, the river of your life, your place in the universe.

Stop trying to force the direction, try not to swim against the current unless it is necessary for your survival. If you have been clinging to a branch at the riverside, let go.
Let yourself move forward. Avoid the rapids when possible. If you can’t, stay relaxed. Staying relaxed can take you threw fierce currents.

If you go under for a moment, allow yourself to surface naturally. You will.
Appreciate the beauty of the scenery as it is. See things with freshness, with newness. You shall never pass by today’s scenery again.
Don’t think too hard about things. The flow is meant to be experienced. Within it, care for yourself. You are part of the flow. Let it help you set boundaries, make decisions, and get where you need to be when it is time.
Today I will go with the flow.
